UPI-First Payment Experience Design
A redesigned checkout that leads with UPI, informed by real drop-off data, with every failed, pending and retry state designed on purpose rather than left to chance.
A token-driven component library with variants and guidance, maintained in lockstep with the production code your front-end engineers release to customers.
01 / Overview
Design systems break down once design files and code fall out of sync, so we build both in parallel. Colour, typography and spacing are defined as tokens exported in a format your front end reads directly, so changing the palette no longer means searching through stylesheets. Around 40 components are built with variants and robust auto-layout in a dedicated design tool, and accessibility is verified during construction instead of being added at the end.
02 / Deliverables
03 / Fit
Ideal for
What we need from you
You share these through the technical brief in your dashboard after checkout.
04 / Outcomes
Design and code share one language, so handoff needs no interpreting
New screens are composed from ready components rather than redrawn
Accessibility is built into each component instead of fixed later
This is a remote engineering service, so nothing is shipped physically. Work is delivered into systems you control. Read delivery & handover and refunds & cancellation for the full terms.
